Until this year, I was anti healthier food options. I would eat a salad almost daily for lunch but load it with cheese and dressing. Since having my face read last month, I have been trying to eliminate dairy, sugar, gluten and wine. Yes, it’s as tough as it sounds.
I like to snack between meals, especially when I am not satisfied with my meal or more importantly feel deprived. I had received a package of Simply 7 Snacks from a PR firm.
